1.Items usually ship from our store within 2-7 business days. If you need an item faster please check with us for the availability of the item that you wish to buy from us. Please make sure you are at home when the packages will be arrived.
2. All the jackets will be checked carefully before shipping out, they are all in good conditions, all the jackets are in their original package before shipping: if the package is broken when you receive it, you can refuse to sign for it. The shipping company will be responsible.
3. After placing orders, please check your email to get order confirmation, and we will arrange the products once we receive the confirmation from you.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via using USPS express mail ( EMS), DHL, UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time simply means the time it will take a package to reach you after it leaves our store. It does not mean the exact time it will take to get a dress from the time the order is placed. processing, production, and receiving times are also a factor and are specific to each order.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, we are happy to ship worldwide! We ship via EMS, DHL to most countries. We have also partnered with EMS.com, DHL.com to offer better shipping and payment options to international customers.
Returns & Cancellation
1. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you don't need to send anything back.
2. All goods must be returned unused, contain all the original packaging and labels,and must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
3. All the returned goods should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
4. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. If the items have any problem and you wish to return the items, please return the items within 48 hours after you receive it and email us at the same time. But if you sign for the item and there is no problem with the products, you cannot return to us unless they are broken.
5) We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs (handling cost is 5% of the order amount).
